Hollenbeck Hall Campus
Wittenberg's stunning 114-acre rolling, wooded terrain is situated in the heart of Springfield, Ohio, 25 miles northeast of Dayton and 40 miles west of Columbus. An impressive blend of traditional European classicism and contemporary architecture is abundant amongst the 26 buildings throughout campus.

Admission
Wittenberg consistently admits academically strong students. Of the entering freshman, approximately 50 percent of students graduated in the top quarter of their high school classes. Each new class combines National Merit Scholars, Ohio Academic scholars and Lutheran Scholars.

Students
What strikes most people when they visit Wittenberg is how genuinely friendly and welcoming people are. There are 1,900 full-time students currently enrolled, representing 37 states and approximately 29 foreign countries. 43 percent of students are male; 57 percent are female.

Faculty
The faculty consists of 195 outstanding classroom instructors, true mentors who consider students their top priority. With an average class size of 20 students and a student-faculty ratio of 12 to 1, Wittenberg faculty and students have numerous opportunities for meaningful interaction both in and out of the classroom.

Programs of Study
Wittenberg has more than 60 majors, minors and special programs from which students may choose to focus their studies. Among these majors are outstanding interdisciplinary programs, including East Asian Studies and Russian Area Studies.

Student Life
Wittenberg offers more than just exceptional academic opportunities. More than 150 campus organizations offer opportunities not only to have fun, but gain management and leadership experience while at Wittenberg. Among these organizations are 15 national fraternities and sororities, the Outdoor Club, WUSO radio station, Residence Life, Campus Ministries, Student Senate, Pre-Health Club and many more.

Athletics
Wittenberg has enjoyed a long standing reputation as an athletic powerhouse, fielding winning teams in many different sports. Wittenberg competes annually against the best competition that NCAA Division III has to offer. Twenty-three varsity intercollegiate athletic teams are offered for men and women.

Residential Life
Wittenberg students live on campus the first two years. Wittenberg offers an array of residential halls including a substance-free hall and others that offer quiet floors or sections. Upperclassmen have the opportunity to stay in the residence halls or move into Wittenberg's off-campus housing, which includes apartments and houses, and fraternity and sorority houses.

Financial Aid/Costs
The estimated cost of attending Wittenberg for the academic year 2008-2009 is $42,550. More than 75 percent of students qualify for financial aid at Wittenberg.
