Area VI Supporting Science:

At least 8 semester hours in the departments of Chemistry (202 or higher), Computer Science, Environmental Science, Geology (150 or higher), Mathematics (120 or higher), Marine Science, or Physics (107 or higher). Several other courses in other departments also will meet this requirement.

Bachelor of Science-Biology:

The requirements are the same as those listed for the B. A. in Biology 1-V, with additional courses from Biology, Mathematics and Physics that are typically required for entrance into graduate school.

Biology Minor: Twenty-four semester hours. It includes Biology 170 and 180 plus 14 additional semester hours from Areas II or III.
