Teaches courses in Interpersonal Communication, Family Communication, and Communication Research Methods.  Her research focuses on the role of emotion in interpersonal communication.  Specifically, her research interests include topics related to jealousy and aggression from an evolutionary perspective.  She holds a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. (August 2007) degrees from the University of Arizona (Tucson, AZ).  She joined the faculty in 2007.
