Guidelines for Mentors:

Faculty mentors provide guidance to one-year appointed Teaching Fellows, who teach one EAS course each semester, contribute to EAS program activities, and participate in the institutional life of the university. Mentors assist the Fellows' course preparation and teaching (e.g., helping select materials and pedagogical techniques appropriate for undergraduates), observing them in the classroom, and serving as role models and sources of support and guidance.
