It is once again time for the annual Faculty/Staff vs. Student Euchre Challenge. Last year it was a Faculty/Staff team that won and we believe it will be a Faculty/Staff team that will win again this year.

Euchre Challenge 2009
The First-Year Experience Program sponsored the 2nd Annual Euchre Challenge on March 20th. Wittenberg Faculty and Staff challenged the students to a game of Euchre. The Euchre speed tournament took place in Geil Lounge for two hours on that Friday evening. Forty people enjoyed three rounds of friendly competition.
Raffle prizes (including gift certificates to Un Mundo Cafe, Wittenberg shirts/sweatshirts, and other Wittenberg items) were awarded to participants.
In the grand finale round, the Faculty/Staff team with the most points, Warren Copeland and Kathleen Warber, challenged the student team with the most points, Dan Broidy and Steven Fitzpatrick. Each individual on the teams that made it to the grand finale received gift certificates.
