Pre-Orientation is our first chance to welcome you in person to Wittenberg.  We are pleased that you have chosen to attend Wittenberg, and look forward to you joining our campus and community.

Class of 2013 Pre-Orientation Dates

JUNE 12, JUNE 19, JUNE 22 AND JUNE 26

What is Pre-Orientation?
Pre-Orientation is intended to give new students an introduction to academic life at Wittenberg.  During Pre-Orientation, you will meet other new students, tour the campus and visit your residence hall, and learn about the liberal arts education offered at Wittenberg.  While on campus, you will meet with an academic advisor to talk about general education requirements and to select your course preferences for the first semester.  Make sure you have reviewed the materials on this site in preparation for your advising session in Pre-Orientation.  At the conclusion of Pre-Orientation Sessions, in July, a class schedule will be mailed to you.  The Registrar will use your preference list created during Pre-Orientation to create your schedule.

Parents are invited to Pre-Orientation and will attend their own programming including sessions on topics of interest specifically targeted to parents and their needs.  The parent sessions include information about Wittenberg’s academic expectations, student support services, residential life and opportunities to become more involved with Wittenberg.  It will not be possible for your parents to attend the advising sessions with you so you might want to get their feedback ahead of time.
