WittPath supports and encourages self awareness, reflection, and vocational exploration and creates an intentional pathway of self discovery for Wittenberg students beginning in their first year.  Such a process of self awareness does not happen overnight or even over the course of a year and is necessary and central to vocational development. 

This program

• prepares students to explore and examine their personality characteristics and interests and consider relevant options for an academic major
• supports students in exploring career options that are a strong fit for who they are as individuals and their major fired of interest
• encourages them to look to WittPath Career Services as a source of advice and counsel as they transition into the world of work
