My older daughter received her PhD from Harvard.  I have been sustaining my interest in history by reading and
     seeking historic aspects of the congregations and movement I relate to.  It is amazing and interesting to note how the
     “historic”viewpoint of life and events shape my daily living and reflection; it is a thankful dimension given me by a
     “history major” at Wittenberg; special appreciation to Pershing and Bloomhardt.
