History Abroad: Independent and Departmental Programs

Each semester history majors and minors elect to spend a semester abroad. Students
are encouraged to pursue international and national programs that will complement
their programs in history and particular interests. In recent semesters, Witt
students have traveled to England, to Lesotho, and to China with department faculty.
Individually, majors have participated in programs in Washington, DC, in Ireland,
Germany, France, and Russia.
