Life at Wittenberg

Graduation Year: 1999

Major: Computer Science

Extra Curricular: Lambda Chi Alpha, Resident Assistant, Community Workshop, Newman Club

Most Helpful Courses: Computer Programming 250, Principles of Programming Languages, Math Sequence (201,202,205)

Courses You Wish You Would’ve Taken: Object Oriented Programming and Database Fundamentals. OO program since most projects in my line of work. Database Fundamentals since most projects require a relational data store.  These concepts provide practical experience for students entering the workforce after graduation.

Most Helpful Experiences: Fraternity and my Math CS classes.  Fraternity laid the foundation for dealing with life situations, working with difficult people, and coming together for a common goal.  Math and Computer Science classes taught me to thinking outside the box and I was challenged everyday where I did not have the luxury to “breeze” through my classes.
