Kile Eichenauer

Life at Wittenberg

Graduation Year: 2009

Major: Mathematics

Minor: Education

Greek Life: Phi Kappa Psi

Athletics: Baseball

Most Helpful Courses: Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Geometry – because they helped me gain much deeper knowledge about the content that I am teaching.

Most Helpful Experiences: Working in the math workshop because I got to help other Witt students with math and discover where they were getting confused with math terms, which gave me an idea of where high school students would get confused with new material.

Courses You Wish You Would’ve Taken: I wish there would have been some classes that combined math and education before we got to the math methods class.  Classes that would have showed us how to teach math before our student teaching would have definitely given us a better idea of what to expect in our field experience and student teaching.
