Nancy K. Saks, Associate Professor of Computer Science, has developed many courses in the computer science program at Wittenberg and specializes in operating systems, digital design, and computer literacy. She was with Sperry Univac five years in systems programming and language development. She is co-owner of Saks & Associates, a software consulting company, and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery and X3J16, the ANSI technical committee responsible for the C++ programming language standard. Her publications include "Using Built-In Set Types" for Windows(TM)/DOS Developer's Journal, "Pointer Arithmetic at Memory Segment Boundaries" for The C Users Journal, and an examination of data entry technologies for the Air Force. She has also presented papers at Ohio Collegiate Computer Science Conferences. Saks received her B.S. from Wittenberg and her M.S. at The Ohio State University. She joined the Wittenberg staff in 1980.
