Abby L. Johnson is a senior Management Major with a minor in Political Science from Powell, Ohio.  Johnson is currently Co-President of Union Board, the student programming board, and is an intern for Wittenberg’s Director of University Event Planning. This summer she worked as Front End Supervisor of Bed, Bath and Beyond, while assisting at the Greater Columbus Sports Commission.  Johnson has traveled throughout the country representing Wittenberg University’s Union Board at conferences hosted by National Association for Campus Activities (NACA), where she was a Co-Op buyer, responsible for booking various acts and artists for Wittenberg’s student body.  She is also involved in the Management department through the Wittenberg Human Resources Management Association (WHRMA) of which she is currently treasurer.  Johnson is the current Ritual Chair of the Alpha Nu chapter for the international sorority Gamma Phi Beta.  The previous year she was the delegate for her sorority during the planning for Greek Week. Johnson’s future plans include a career in the event planning industry and earning the credential of Certified Special Events Professional as designated by the International Special Events Society (ISES).
