The annual Tau Pi Phi Case competition traditionally comprises of six schools: Capital University, Juniata College, Marietta College, Mount Union College, Ohio Northern, and Wittenberg University.  During the competition, students prepare analyses and recommendations to Harvard Business School cases and present their work to a panel of managers selected from the community who serve as judges.  Every year the top students from the senior management policy class are selected to participate.
