The Senior Portfolio is the exit level assessment vehicle for the Department of Management. The Wittenberg Management Portfolio process has two parts:
During this process, you are to assume to be preparing this compilation of your best work (the physical portfolio) to present to a potential employer or a graduate/professional school admissions counselor. In the oral, while you may present on something other than your portfolio, it is assumed that you are showcasing something about your skills, talents or experience as you would in a job or admission interview, using the opportunity to convince the recruiter that you are the perfect candidate for the job or admission. Visual aids during the oral are encouraged.
You are encouraged to work with your academic adviser to determine a portfolio development plan and to select a post-graduation objective for your portfolio.
The post-graduation objective that you indicate on your title page of your physical portfolio strongly influences the actual contents of your portfolio. Based on your objective you will likely develop one of two types of portfolios:

For the first time, managers were asked to
judge oral presentations of the students chosen
as candidates for 2007 Distinguished Senior
Management Portfolios. The judges were

and Kerry Pedraza '00.
