The cost of participating in the field study program is actually less than if you were to attend Comic-Con International on your own, plus you earn college credit while participating.
Program Expenses
The cost of the program includes:
- instructional and registration fees for one credit hour
- five-day admission to Comic-Con International
- double-occupancy room at a nearby hotel
- six meals at the Hennessey's Gaslamp restaurant
$1150 program cost for 2008
Variable Expenses
In addition to the program, you will need to plan for the following variable expenses:
$____ Roundtrip airfare from your point of origin to and from San Diego
$____ Ground transportation (bus or taxi) from airport to hotel
$____ Any and all additional lunch or dinner purchases
$____ Purchases of memorabilia or artifacts on site
