Getting Involved

The Witt light really is visible—walk around our campus, and you’ll see students involved in all kinds of activities, from Greek life, honor societies and social awareness groups.  Witt students hone their leadership skills through Student Senate, their communication skills through Model United Nations and our award-winning Mock Trial Association, and their performance skills through nearly a dozen music, theatre and dance ensembles.

At Wittenberg, our students are not just here to make a living; they are here to make a life – and they do.  They aim for balanced living and find that balance by taking advantage of our vibrant campus community, complete with extracurricular activities to match any interest.

A pick-up game of volleyball takes place in the court behind Firestine Hall.
A swearing-in ceremony of the university’s first-ever Rotaract Club was held in 2007.
Students gather to load up a van to leave for a Celebrate Service work site.
Student teachers demonstrate their class plans for the classes they will teach the next day.
Professor of Biology Tim Lewis teaches students in the David L. Hobson Atrium of the Kuss Science Center.
Girl Scout Science and Math Exploration Night has been held on campus for eight years.
