Parents' Checklist

EARLY THIS SPRING:
• Make hotel reservations.

• Place graduation orders with the Wittenberg Bookstore at
(937) 327-7457, and order personalized announcements online
at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation

• Send reservation form for departmental brunch before April 30.

• Obtain indoor Commencement tickets from your graduate before Saturday, May 10.

FRIDAY, MAY 9
• Attend Baccalaureate Service.
2:15 p.m. Weaver Chapel

• Enjoy President’s Reception.
4-5 p.m. Ness Family Auditorium, Hollenbeck Hall

COMMENCEMENT DAY, SATURDAY, MAY 10 • Listen for the bell at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and noon if ceremony is to be held out-of-doors.

• Obtain brunch tickets in Benham-Pence Student Center.

• Be seated in Commencement Hollow or the HPER Center no later than 1 p.m.

• Make arrangements for where to meet your graduate after the ceremony.

• Plan post-graduation party or dinner for after 4:30 p.m.
