PLEASE NOTE:
In the event of inclement weather, Commencement will be held in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Center (HPERC), and a ticket will be required for each guest. Each graduating senior may request up to six tickets, which will be distributed on campus in the mail room of the Benham-Pence Student Center Mail Room on the following days:

Monday, May 4 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 5 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, May 6 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, May 7 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

To secure HPERC tickets, graduating seniors must present their Wittenberg I.D. and sign for their tickets in person. Requests for extra tickets may be made by the graduating senior during the aforementioned times; however, there is no guarantee that extra tickets will be available.

Graduating seniors who are not on campus spring semester (for example: study abroad or in the military) should make arrangements with Cathie Kuss (937) 327-7448 or ckuss@witenberg.edu to obtain their tickets. No tickets will be mailed.

For those without tickets, the indoor ceremony will be shown in its entirety on closed circuit television in Hollenbeck Hall, located directly across the street from the HPERC.
