Dear alumni, parents and friends:

Wittenberg has a long tradition of excellence, and it has the potential to become an even greater institution throughout the next several decades. Improving on our tradition of excellence depends on retaining and growing our solid resource base.

As chair of The Benjamin Prince Society, I encourage you to join or renew your commitment to Wittenberg with a leadership gift at The Benjamin Prince Society level. As a member of The Benjamin Prince Society you will

• Preserve Wittenberg's mission by accepting an active part in "Passing Light On To Others."
• Play a key role, along with other lead donors, in preserving the Wittenberg tradition and ensuring that it continues to exist.
• Directly impact the quality of a Wittenberg education.
• Make a permanent difference in the lives of students who require financial aid.
• Sustain university and faculty efforts to improve programs in the face of new challenges.

In addition, leadership giving at The Benjamin Prince level is a way of not only preserving our mission, but moving it forward which is vital to the strength and endurance of this wonderful institution. Your commitment to the liberal arts foundation for all students, regardless of their major, opens minds, encourages a lifelong interest in learning and helps develop the whole individual. It enhances the ability of Wittenberg to deliver well-rounded future leaders to our society. Your continued support also ensures that Wittenberg can serve the needs of its students and the greater community well into the 21st century.
