IV. Getting the Word out: Promotion & Publicity
The Alumni Office is here to help you publicize your event. Publicity
and promotion are the key ingredients in a successful alumni chapter
event. Our alumni tell us that early invitation to an event (at least
4 weeks notice) is one of the biggest factors in determining whether
or not they will attend.
We will create an invitation
for your event (with 3 months advance notice)
or duplicate an invitation
you provide to us.
We will generate your invitation list and mail your event invitation.
