Wittenberg University has a limited number of houses and apartments available for rent to faculty and staff. All are located on campus within easy walking distance to any campus building. For more information about vacancies, see Photos of Available Units. (LINK) Under Construction
In addition to viewing the online photos of available units, we encourage prospective tenants to schedule a walk-thru for any of the homes or apartments in which they are interested. We also strongly encourage you to contact each of the utility companies to request cost histories of any unit in which you are interested. Rent is due by the first of each month. A security deposit, equal to one month’s rent, is required to hold an apartment. Payroll deduction is available for rent payments. For more information about lease terms, please view a Lease Agreement Sample. (LINK)
