Dispute Form General Conditions 
REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE: Call the Physical Plant work order desk at 327-7316. Hours or operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. (Summer hours are 7 am to 4 pm)
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY REPAIRS: Call the Wittenberg Switchboard at 327-6231. The problem must be of a serious nature that could possible result in harm to you or damage to the property.
GAS: Columbia Gas of Ohio, Customer Service 1-800-344-4077. Identify yourself as a Wittenberg tenant requesting transfer of service.
ELECTRIC: Ohio Edison, Customer Service 1-800-633-4766.
WATER: Wittenberg will instruct the water company when to change names on accounts and will advise of the effective date.
TELEPHONE: SBC, Customer Service 1-800-660-1000.
CABLE: Time Warner, 75 W. Main St., Customer Service 1-800-425-2225.
TRASH: Trash pick up service is contracted with Waste Management of Ohio-Koogler Suburban and is picked up on Monday mornings. Please have trash out no earlier than Sunday evenings. If Monday is a holiday, it will be picked up on Tuesday. If your trash is not picked up or if you want more information about recycling, please call Waste Management of Ohio-Koogler Suburban at 878-7000.
RENT PAYMENT: Rent may be paid by payroll deduction. Contact the Rental Properties Coordinator for non-student rentals to obtain a Payroll Deduction Authorization Form at 327-6302. If paying by cash, please deliver your payment to the Accounting Office in Recitation Hall. Be sure to obtain a receipt. If paying by check, you may deliver your check to the Accounting Office or send it via campus mail. Be sure to note “rent payment” on the memo line of your check. All rent payments are due the first of each month.
