Help with Computer Accounts

Graduate Accounts
- Students who graduate from the University retain their e-mail accounts with no time limits. Most of the time this will be the account name you've used while you were attending school, but in some cases the username and e-mail address will be changed to reflect the correct graduation year.
- For Continuing Education students, your username will change to sxx.jdoe, where xx is your graduation year. If at any point before or right after graduation we need to change an address at the request of the Registrar, we will notify you via e-mail at your current address before making the change.
- All Senior Windows accounts will be disabled and removed from the system July 1. These same timeframes also apply to personal webpages.
- If for some reason you will be staying to take additional classes or to work for the University, please see that either the Registrar's Office or Human Resources notifies the Solution Center before May 31.
