Multi-Function Device (MFD) Locations & Capablilities

Scanning:

Notes about the Multi-function printer/scanners in use on campus:
  • If a printer on the list DOES have a Network Name, then it can print from the network.
  • If a printer on the list DOES have a Network Name, then it can scan to a folder.
  • ALL printers listed can staple.
  • ALL campus users (students, faculty, staff) can use all printers highlighted in yellow.
  • Apple ONLY: Click the printer model to download a driver for use on your computer.
  • Apple ONLY: Click for directions to print from OS 10.5 and higher.
  • Windows users: Download and run WittDrivesandPrinters.exe to use/access a printer.
  • Using the MFD (multi-function device) printers requires use of the PaperCut software.
