Item 1: COLLEAGUE/BENEFACTOR MERGE - Karen Hupp

1. Live Date: June 2, 2009, 8 a.m.
2. May 27th - conversion start; 5 days to convert
3. Largest site to go through this conversion
4. June 1, 2009: We will be meeting in 001 Shouvlin to look at the data and find any major problems
5. Changes made May 27-Jun 2 will not show up after we go live.
6. Portal processes that update the data directly in Coolleague will not be available, i.e., timecard, early alert, class registration, bio updates, grade input. An announcement will be placed on the portal log-in page.
7. Everyone will be impacted, mostly Benefactor
8. All people, corporation will be converted
9. Errors are down to 600 from thousands
10. People data looking good; corporation data duplicates will still be there
11. Who should evaluate test conversion? core demographics team
12. 5th and final test conversion will be Apr 27-May 8
13. Ready to evaluate May 11-20; test all major processes and demographic data
14. Core team will meet on Monday and send email to advertise training on data ownership and name/address
