Warranty Information
This information applies only to Intel or Xircom network (ethernet) cards purchased from Pomeroy through the Residential Networking Program at Wittenberg University.
- Intel/Xircom ® cards:
Length of warranty: Lifetime
Steps to receive warranty repair/replacement:
- Get the serial number from the network card and have it available.
- Contact Intel/Xircom Technical Support at (916)377-7000 to troubleshoot the problem.
- The Technical Support representative will set up a return authorization after helping you determine that the card is defective.
- If the card is replaced, please notify the Solution Center by e-mail of the new 12 digit ID number on the card.
