Moodle notes and information

When do my Moodle courses appear/become active?
- Two things are necessary for you to see a course in Moodle: 1. The Registrar's office added the course to the administrative database, and 2. Your name is in the course (applies to students *and* instructors).
- Registrar-created courses (all for-credit courses) appear as they are added to the administrative database by the Registrar's office.
Ok, the semester starts in a couple of days (or already started) and I don't see a course I'm teaching or registered to take. Now what?
- Contact the Registrar's office - if your registration as an instructor or as a student is correct, then contact the Solution Center at (937)525-3801 or solution@wittenberg.edu.
How do I find Moodle?
- You can use the Go Directly To... pulldown menu from any Wittenberg web page, or get there directly: moodle.wittenberg.edu.
How do I log into Moodle?
- Use your LDAP (WittLink Portal) password to log in. If you need to reset or set a password, use the WittLink Portal page at www.wittenberg.edu/ws.
Is there anything I need to do before using Moodle?
- To use Moodle effectively, you'll need to be able to download files, pop-up windows should be enabled, and cookies for the site need to be allowed. To learn more about making these changes, use your Web browser's help or these directions: Browser Instructions.
