Q: I need more/fewer meals in my meal plan. How can I change it?
A: For information on changing meal plans, contact Cathie Kuss. Please note that
students with freshman status are required to be enrolled in the 15-meal plan.
Q: What meal plan options are available to me?
A: Visit our Meal Plans page or reference our Dining Services brochure for more information.
Q: What is Witt Gold and where can I use it?
A: Witt Gold can be added to your Wittenberg ID in any whole dollar amount, allowing you to use it like
a debit card. Witt Gold is included with every meal plan, but most students require additional Witt
Gold for their purchases in Post 95, Café a la Cart or to pay for an extra meal for themselves or a
guest in the Center Dining Room.
Q: How can I check my balance of remaining meals or Witt Gold dollars?
A: Our cashiers can provide that information at any time – just ask!
Q: What vegetarian and vegan options are available to me?
A: The CDR offers a specific vegetarian and/or vegan selection at every meal, and garden burgers are
available upon request. Additional options are available in Post 95 at Rappz and Smart Market, and
at Café a la Cart in the Kuss Science Building for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
Q: I’m a Wittenberg faculty or staff member. What are my meal options?
A: A meal package is available to faculty and staff. Please contact our main office for details at x6161.
Faculty and staff may also pay with cash or Witt Gold in the CDR, Post 95 or Café a la Cart.
Q: What are the service hours of each of your locations?
A: Dining Services’ operations are open almost any time you’re hungry. For each location’s hours,
please visit our Locations page.
Q: My department or organization would like to purchase coupons or gift certificates for Post
95 or the CDR. Can I print them myself?
A: To maintain a consistent look for our coupons and certificates and to avoid unauthorized
reproduction of these items, Dining Services would prefer that you contact us directly for any such
needs. Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice.
Q: Do I need approval to put advertisements on tables in the CDR and Post 95?
A: Yes. Advertisements are limited to two per week. Please contact Sarah Welch to obtain approval in advance.Click here for a template for the napkin holder insert.
