Welcome to Wittenberg's Bi-Weekly Online Newsletter
Issue 19, Volume 3

Wittenberg's Womyn's Center and Project Woman are sponsoring the Clothes Line Project in an attempt to raise awareness of domestic abuse. The Clothes Line Project, a series of T-shirts designed by victims of abuse, currently hangs in the Benham-Pence Student Center. The T-shirts are color-coded by the type of abuse:
•White shirts for murder victims
•Beige for victims of domestic violence or assault
•Red for rape or sexually assaulted victims
•Blue for incest or child sexual-abuse survivors
•Purple for lesbians who have been victimized
