
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH will present Dave Savola, visiting assistant professor of English, at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, Ness Family Auditorium, Hollenbeck Hall. Savola will discuss "Dead Ducks, Stuffed Dogs, and the Road to Hell: The Sun Also Rises as a Version of Pastoral."
THE DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE will present the final colloquium of its International Law Colloquium Series 2004-05, which will feature Ellen Deason, professor of law, Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University. Deason will discuss "Comparative Perspective on International Dispute Resolution" at 4:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 105 Shouvlin Center.
THE EAST ASIAN STUDIES PROGRAM will present a colloquium featuring Robert Ford Campany, professor in the departments of religious studies and East Asian languages and cultures, Indiana University, Bloomington, at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, Ness Family Auditorium, Hollenbeck Hall. Campany will discuss "The Quest for 'Transcendence' in China, 320 B.C.-320 A.D."
