• BRANDON JONES, visiting assistant professor of music, will direct the Wittenberg Symphonic Band in concert at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, Weaver Chapel. The largest instrumental group on campus, with woodwinds, brass and percussion instruments, it is open by audition to Wittenberg students, faculty, staff and members of the Springfield community. Symphonic Band performs a wide variety of music written for band and wind ensemble.

• DONALD BUSAROW, professor of music, university organist, director of the Chapel and the Wittenberg Choir, will begin the 2007 Wittenberg Choir Spring Concert Tour on Thursday, March 1. The choir will perform 13 concerts before returning to campus for its annual home concert at 8 p.m. Friday, March 16, Weaver Chapel.

• DEBORAH HENDERSON, technical assistant for theatre and dance, costume shop manager and costume designer, shared the activities of her student employees during fall semester. • EDWARD B. HASECKE '97, assistant professor of political science, serves as faculty adviser for the Wittenberg Mock Trial Association team. The team has met with a great deal of success in the four years since it was organized on campus. Read more ...
