• WITTENBERG POLICE OFFICERS participated in a two-day Quick Action Deployment (QUAD) training session in Dec. Members of all Clark County law enforcement offices were invited to participate in the event, which followed a QUAD introduction that was held in early spring of 2006. Chief Carl Loney, a member of the Association of Chiefs of Police, said that the "sweep technique" and need for quick-entry training developed in response to the 1999 Columbine tragedy.
