Wittenberg University and the Ohio Supercomputer Center are collaborating to offer a week-long residential program for Ohio middle school girls and for teachers interested in science and math.

Young Women’s Summer Institute (YWSI) is designed to promote computer, math and science skills in middle school girls as well as to provide hands-on learning experiences. YWSI helps girls develop an interest in science, allowing them to work on practical and interesting projects using the latest computer technology and lab equipment. YWSI introduces girls to women and their careers as well as to learning opportunities in science.
