• THE DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE will present Professor of History Lian Xi, Hanover College, at 4:10 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, 105 Shouvlin Center. Xi will give a talk titled "Western Protestant Missions and Modern Chinese Nationalist Dreams."

• THE EAST ASIAN STUDIES PROGRAM will present the documentary Gobi Woman Song, with Sas Carey. The film and discussion will be held from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, Bayley Auditorium.
