UPLIFTING CHRIST THROUGH AUTUMN, a book of sermons for autumn by the Rev. Dr. Michael Wuchter '68, who passed away six years ago this month, has recently been published. Pastor Wuchter served Wittenberg as University Pastor from 1979-1997. The book was compiled by his wife Shirley Dyer Wuchter '68 and is available in the Wittenberg Book Store.
ROSY'S FOURTH ANNUAL GOLF OUTING raised $20,000 — half of which will go to research into Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and half to the Wittenberg University Rosencrans Fitness Center.
JIM LAGOS '70 spoke at a recent seminar sponsored by the Clark County Safety Council and was quoted in an article titled "Hiring Help may Leave You Liable," which appeared in the Springfield News-Sun, Sept. 10. The Springfield attorney explained that a homeowner needs to carry Workers' Compensation, or see proof that a person is insured before letting them work on the property, if they receive more than $160 per calendar quarter.
ANDREA ROSSOW '06, from Bowling Green, Ohio, is assisting Assistant Professor of Geography Artimus Keiffer as this year's conference coordinator for Pioneer Society of America, which will be held on campus and in Springfield, Ohio, Oct. 6-8. Read more ...
