CLARK STATE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER presents Amy Grant in concert at 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, Kuss Auditorium, Clark State PAC. Tickets are $20 - $75 and $150 for a fundraiser celebration ticket, which includes dinner and preferred concert seating, and proceeds benefit the PAC Expansion Project. THE CLARK COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY exhibit "School Days: The Story of Clark County Public Education" traces the evolution of public education in Springfield and Clark County through artifacts and extensive photographs from the collections of the Clark County Historical Society. The exhibit runs through 2008. "History of the One Room Schoolhouse," with Connie Bost begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at the Heritage Center of Clark County, 117 S. Fountain Ave.

• CHORAL ARTS OF SPRINGFIELD presents "The Travels of Song," with Marilyn Nims, mezzo soprano, at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 18, at the Springfield Museum of Art. Tickets are $5.

STAGEWORKS presents the stage adaptation of Catch 22 by Joseph Heller at 8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, May 22-24, and Friday-Saturday, May 30-31, Bushnell Building. Tickets are $10 at the door.

THE WESTCOTT HOUSE guided tours, available year-round, begin hourly from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays and 1-4 p.m. Sundays. Visit the Web site for additional hours and admission cost. Reservations are recommended.

THE SPRINGFIELD PRESERVATION ALLIANCE begins its 2008 Summer Walking Tour Series at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Ferncliff Cemetery Chapel, 501 W. McCreight Ave. In case of rain, the tour will move to 1 p.m. Sunday, May 25. The second tour, historic Elmwood Place, begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at the corner of Arlington Avenue and East High Street. In case of rain, the tour will move to 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 4. THE SPRINGFIELD MUSEUM OF ART presents the 97th Spring Juried Exhibition of the Ohio Art League through Wednesday, June 4. A guided gallery tour with guest juror, artist Migiwa Orimo will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15. Visit the Web site for hours and admission information.
