"WRIGHT PANORAMA," presented by The Westcott House Foundation, opens Saturday, Oct. 20. The exhibition presents panoramic photography by Thomas R. Schiff. The exhibition explores the concepts that are present in every great building but which are not visible in conventional photographic images. Schiff's panoramic studies reveal new realities that help to understand the relationship between people and the spaces of architecture as the panoramic camera revolves in time through a space, capturing a viewer's experience, giving the sense not of looking at architecture but of being surrounded by it. His images provide new insights into Frank Lloyd Wright's original and revolutionary concepts of architecture and space. A Meet the Artist Reception takes place from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Westcott House, 1340 E. High St.
