Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Also recommended are a master’s degree, experience in educational administration, experience at managing budgets and people and fund raising (including grant writing).  Knowledge of the Springfield community would be very helpful and residence in the community would be strongly recommended.  Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
