M. The Employee Assistance Program
Services to help employees deal with personal, work-related, behavioral, or medical problems are
available by referral from the Human Resources department. The department provides information
about community resources and educational programs, and it will make appropriate referrals. Eligible
employees may receive financial assistance. For further information, please contact Human Resources.
