Academics
|
No later than the spring of their sophomore year, students choose a major, and often a minor, as an area of concentration for his or her studies. Graduation requirements differ between departments, but over their junior and senior years, students work very closely with their department on the requirements of their major. Many departments offer additional learning opportunities, such as off-campus studies and internship programs. Wittenberg's liberal arts and sciences curriculum provides excellent preparation for professional careers in medicine, law, theology, engineering and accounting, among others. Students have special advisers for these programs. |
