Midterm grades: Students receive notice of any unsatisfactory grades (C- and below) at each mid-semester. Mid-semester grade reports are mailed to the student's campus mailbox.
Final grades: At the end of each semester, students may
view their grades through WittLink. Grade reports no longer are mailed
to students with the exception of high school scholars and School of Community
Education. Any student who desires a printed copy of his or her grade
report, may request one in writing. Email and telephone requests
cannot be honored. Please provide the following information:
You may mail your request to:
Registrar's Office
Wittenberg University
P.O. Box 720

The grades and credits become part of the student's academic record, which are kept in the Office of the Registrar. A student may request a copy of his or her transcript upon written request. No partial transcripts are issued. Visit our Transcripts page for more information.
Grade-Point Average
The Registrar determines a grade-point average by dividing the total number of quality points earned (semester hours for each graded course times the quality-point for the grade awarded) by the number of graded semester hours attempted.
