Enrollment Verification
Wittenberg University has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse
to provide enrollment verification to loan guarantors and loan agencies.
The Clearinghouse handle almost all requests for enrollment verification.

Enrollment verification for loan deferrment is completed by the
National Student Clearinghouse. Information is sent three times
each semester to the Clearinghouse. If you have questions, you may
contact the Clearinghouse to determine when your enrollment verification
was sent to your lender. You also may use the Loan
Locator to determine who is the current owner of your loans.

your own enrollment verification certificate for $2.50 for submission
to automobile and health insurance companies. Coming soon as a free
service later this summer!

Duty Military loan deferrment instructions.

DegreeVerify - degree verification will be online later this summer!
At that time, potential employers will need to check degree verification
through the Clearinghouse.
If you have a request for enrollment verification that cannot be handled
through the Clearinghouse, please contact the Registrar's Office for instructions.
Wittenberg's policies regarding student records are in accordance with
provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
