Applications & Forms
You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin in order to view the application forms before printing. After you have printed the documents, either mail or fax them to us. The only exception is the Adult Application for Admission, which can be completed and sent online. For faxed or emailed forms, you may pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express). For forms requiring accompanying payment, checks should be made payable to Wittenberg University and sent by mail to:

Adult Application for Admission
Financial Aid for Adult/Non-Traditional Students
Adult Access Award (AAA) Application
This is a grant funded and administered directly by the School of Community Education. Te purpose is to make Wittenberg charges more manageable for students who do not have the benefit of employer or VA benefits. AAA's come in amounts of $85 or $62 or $38 per credit, depending on need, up to 12 credits per semester.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Application
Transfers who are members in good standing of this national honorary society for community college students can qualify for a half-tutition scholarship. This award applies to all terms and is renewable annually so long as the recipient maintains a cumulative Wittenberg GPA of 3.2. The PTK award can be combined with other forms of grant aid to a maximum of tuition and fees plus a book allowance of $100 per course.
