Click on the title of the application or form that you need. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin (click on "Adobe" to download) in order to view the application forms before printing. After you have printed the documents, either mail or FAX them to us. (Exception: the Adult Application for Admission is completed and sent on-line.) Make checks to the order of “Wittenberg University.” If you use FAX, you can submit payment of the required fee via credit card - by either phone, FAX, or e-mail. We need: type of card (MasterCard, VISA, Discovery or American Express accepted), cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date.

We have formatted all documents with at least 0.5 inch margins. To insure proper printing, be sure that the margins on your printer are set to at least 0.5 inches.

To be admitted as a degree or licensure applicant, you must provide a transcript or transcripts.

If you are entering Wittenberg as a transfer student, you can use this form to have transcripts sent to the SCE office.

Adult Access Award (AAA) Application

Be sure to complete all portions of the application. Return it to SCE with the documentation indicated. Note that the income information required is for the household and not merely for the student. We will act on AAA applications only for admitted students. If you are not yet admitted but would like to inquire about your eligibility, we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Application

This scholarship, covering up to half tuition for each term of the academic year, is open only to transfers who are members of the national honorary society for students from two-year schools. Note the requirement for verification from an authorized official.

Summer Session Transient Application

Mail with $40 Admission fee. If FAX, include credit card information for covering the fee - or provide this information by phone or e-mail. Wittenberg students: use the paper application available in either the Financial Aid Office or the SCE Office.

Summer Incentive Grant (SIG) Application

Mail or FAX with one of the following: copy of Student Aid Report (SAR) - current year or coming year, or copy of FAFSA analysis - current year or coming year, or DRN number.

WISE Academic Camp:

Mail the application with the $30 Application fee (included in program charge - but non-refundable). Have the authorized administrator or teacher send the Nomination Form to us. Deadline for receipt of documents: April 14,. We will consider applications received after this date only if space is available.

High School Scholars (PSEOP) Application:

Mail the application with the $30 Application fee. Be sure that the document includes the signatures of the student, parent or guardian, and the counselor or principal.
