 RA Program Model

1. You must complete a minimum of 5 programs per semester, a minimum of one program per month. Out of the minimum 5 programs, at least 3 need to be for your individual floor; i.e. the 2nd floor RA(s) must plan a program for their individual floor, these programs can be attended by other RA(s) and other floors, but need to be planned for the residents of that floor, by the residents of that floor, by their RA(s).

2.  Program proposals (submitted on-line) are absolutely due by the 15th of each month.   However, if you would like to have a program prior to the 15th of the month, you must submit your program proposal a minimum of three business (Mon-Fri) days prior to your scheduled event.   For example, if you want to have a program on Sept. 6 th , you must submit your proposal no later than Sept. 1 st in order to give the three business days minimum. If you want to do a program on Sept. 24 th , you must submit your program proposal no later than Sept. 15 th . Programs not receiving approval, will not count toward your requirement of 5 programs.
