AMENITIES – KELLER AND SPRECHER APARTMENTS (3 and 4 Bedroom)

Almost everything you can imagine, and everything you have to pay extra for in off-campus apartments or houses, is included in the contract of the new student apartments. Services include local telephone service (in each bedroom), cable television, electricity, Ethernet, gas, trash pick-up, and water.

ELIGIBILITY

Full-time students who have completed 60 credit hours, and who are in good standing behaviorally are eligible to reside in Keller and Sprecher Apartments. Student judicial and vandalism records will be reviewed in determining eligibility.
