Luther cap makes appearance in Slovakia
Dr. Andrew J. White ’54, left, Hagan Professor Emeritus of Practical
Theology at The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, wore his new
Luther cap to the dedication of the new building for the theological faculty
of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. White learned of the requirements
for receiving a Luther cap from the article in the Summer 1999 issue titled
“Ode to a Chapeau.”
