After engaging the expertise of students in
Wittenberg’s Center for Applied Management
(WittCAM), the Career Center will be connecting
students’ passions with their professions in more
strategic ways. Beginning this summer, the
center will become WittPath Career Services
in recognition of the role it plays throughout a
student’s four years.
The idea behind the new name and look reflects
the fact that students need different career-related
guidance and materials at each phase of their
college journey. A first-year student, for example,
may be interested in exploring career options. A
junior, however, may want to hone interview skills
or investigate internship opportunities.
“Each student follows ‘the path’ differently,” said
Career Services Director Karen Reynolds, “but the
journey begins the first year.”
