AdmissionWittenberg Scholarships

Each year Wittenberg recognizes and rewards outstanding scholastic achievements by awarding merit-based scholarships and special awards to deserving students. Students are automatically considered for these awards once they submit an application to Wittenberg. We select students on the basis of performance, involvement in co-curricular activities, personal references and writing ability. Learn About Types of Wittenberg Scholarships

Special Interest Awards

In addition to merit-based scholarships, Wittenberg University recognizes individual talents, experiences and passions through special interest awards in the areas of art, dance, music, theatre, community engagement, student leadership and East Asian business. Special interest awards require a separate application, audition or portfolio. Priority consideration is given to students who apply for admission by the Early Action deadline of December 1. If selected, students may receive one special interest award in addition to one merit-based scholarship. Although financial need is not a determining factor, by filing a FAFSA, students who demonstrate financial need may be eligible to receive other types of need-based assistance.
